Midcentury Modern
To transform this old brick ranch home into a midcentury modern dream home, we incorporated architectural features such as clean lines, large windows and open concept living spaces. We used retro inspired furnishings and pops of color to infuse that signature retro charm. In addition, the inclusion of modern elements, such as stainless steel appliances, sleek cabinetry and updated lighting fixtures, seamlessly blends the past and present for a timeless aesthetic.
Starter Home with Style
This small older home needed a facelift and more space to make it a stylish modern home. The new space enhanced the original structure’s charm while incorporating modern amenities and features, such as the bright, open kitchen and expansive master suite. Emphasizing a timeless design aesthetic, we utilized neutral color palettes and high-quality materials, to create a comfortable, stylish space that will grow with its new owners.
Modern Farmhouse
From a dilapidated small house, we performed a major renovation to create a spacious modern farmhouse, complete with traditional elements like rustic wood and wide plank floors but with an updated, open floorplan. The transformation retained the original building’s charm while introducing modern amenities, resulting in a sprawling, light-filled residence that embodies the modern farmhouse aesthetic with a contemporary edge.
sophisticated style
Breathing new life into an old ranch home, we blended modern aesthetics and functionality to transform it into a sleek and elegant abode, creating the ideal environment for sophisticated entertaining with spacious, well-appointed rooms, a seamless flow between living spaces, a modern kitchen, and oversized deck.
