With a modest, rundown house as our starting point, we undertook an extensive renovation, evolving it into a sprawling modern farmhouse. Breathing life back into this dated brick ranch, we’ve reimagined it as a chic, midcentury modern haven, introducing hallmark features like uncluttered lines, expansive windows, and free-flowing living areas. We reinvented a historic loft that once served as a cotton mill engine room. Retaining its intrinsic industrial charm – we introduced softer design elements to harmonize the rugged aesthetic. Drawing from the organic palette of time-weathered brick, we crafted a tranquil interior scheme with neutral furnishings, rich wood, supple leather, and delicate linens, seamlessly merging industrial chic with contemporary comfort.
